Duration:          November 2008- May 2009 plus 5 options

Description:     Senior Business Analyst/ Business Analyst

I.    The Senior Business Analyst/ Business Analyst will:

·        Perform the financial analysis in support of the SSP.

·        Develop alternative business models to evaluate the various proposals and their optional components

·        Perform the project management function for the IT project plan.

·        Provide support to the election committees of the SSP.

·        If option periods are exercised, develop and mange the DB project plan.

Experience:

• At least ten years (Senior Analyst) / four years (Analyst) of experience in financial analysis.
• Familiar with formal project management methods and methodology (for example PMI), with at least ten years (Senior Analyst)/two years (analyst) of project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in performing independent analysis through management studies, performances measures, strategic planning, or analytical and evaluation deliverables.
• Demonstrated experience in evaluating large scale business plans or proposals.
