Job Purpose
We are looking to quickly hire three full time software engineers to join our team. Everything you work on directly impacts our customers and business. You will be involved in projects from inception to launch, having the opportunity to contribute at every stage.  Our development team is small and self-organized, using an agile development approach. We are ramping up for some very exciting new product initiatives, which you will be a part of. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference, and gain a lot of experience delivering great products to market.

Job Requirements:
• Exceptional software design and development skills
• Experience with OOP, refactoring, and design patterns (2+ years)
• Experience with both client side (i.e. XHTML, CSS, Javascript) and server side (Perl, PHP, etc.)
• Good Unix/Linux skills (2+ years of experience)

• Strong understanding of UI/UX design best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• B.S. in Computer Science

Preferred:
• Database experience, especially MySQL (1+ years)
• UI and UX skills (2+ years)
• Experience with agile development methods
• Web application programming experience
• Experience with Perl, PHP, Ruby, Python, or any other dynamic language (2+ years)
