P2S currently operates out of 14 locations and a large number of project sites throughout North America and is currently in search of the following:

Business Development Lead- Texas

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Developing and maintaining relationships in targeted markets
• Identifying opportunities, developing bid/no-bid documents, participating in client and opportunity strategy discussions, leading proposal preparation effort and leading the contract closing effort

Requirements for this position include:

• Strong relationships in the refining, chemical processing and power industries that can land turnaround, mechanical and construction, maintenance and plant engineering projects as well as specialty services including heat exchanger services and demolition
• A minimum of 5-10 years field experience is strongly preferred.
