ESSENTIAL DUTIES

·         Coordinate resolution of work blockages and delays in day to day development

·         Effectively interface and facilitate work with different development disciplines

·         Coordinate and align test org resources towards support and stability of development team

·         Understand the work on a team of 100+ people

·         Distribute and prioritize bugs for team accordingly

·         Troubleshooting team software/hardware issues

·         Maintenance of public, internal demo machines

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Able to work well under pressure and multitask

·         Ability to absorb and organize large quantities of data

·         Online game testing experience

·         Experience with development teams in excess of 50 people

·         Both PC and Console development experience

·         Passion for games

·         Technical skills including scripting, html, flash, level design, art, animation, programming, are a plus

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

·         Four or more years of video game test experience with at least one shipped project in a Test Lead role

·         Experience with Perforce or other version control software

·         Familiarity with all facets of game development

·         Well organized and a self starter

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills

·         Ability to understand high level structure of the game and build system for reproducing issues

·         Good leadership skills

·         B.S. in computer engineering or science preferred
