Mission:
Support preclinical development by leading the design and execution of in vivo and in vitro experimentation to study immune responses and efficacy of differentiated protein therapeutics.
Required Experience:
Ph.D. in Immunology with a minimum of 6 years post-degree experience in a research and development environment.
Technical Requirements :
We are seeking an experienced scientist with demonstrated expertise in cellular immunology and mouse models of inflammation or autoimmune disease. The ideal candidate will have expertise with:
· immunoassays,
· multi-parameter flow cytometry, and
· functional assays using primary mouse and human cells.
The successful candidate will design, implement, and supervise in vitro and in vivo preclinical studies to support validation of therapeutic drug candidates and will be comfortable leading a cross-functional project team to meet timelines. Preferred candidates will have:
· supervisory and team leadership experience,
· strong oral and written communication skills, and
· a solid publication record.
