Research Specialist / Sourcing Strategy Consultant

We are currently seeking a resourceful student or recent graduate to join our Competitive Intelligence & Advertising department.
Position is available as full-time or part-time with flexible hours to accommodate course loads.

Your primary responsibilities would be as follows:
·Sourcing resumes utilizing various resources (e.g. Internet searches using Boolean strings, our applicant tracking system, job boards, user groups, personal networking or referrals, etc.)
·Helping develop sourcing strategies to generate a database of high-volume, high-quality candidates under tight timelines for clients across multiple industries
·Researching and evaluating novel Web 2.0 technologies and solutions for deployment by our consulting teams
·Maintaining the integrity of our applicant tracking system by updating candidate information
·Assisting from time to time in researching target companies or industries for sales efforts.
The ideal candidate is preparing for graduation or currently a graduate student possessing an excellent ability and understanding of Internet search engines and MS Office. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing your schedule according to set timelines, are equally essential.
